What you’ll need:

  • A sturdy chair or portable bar
  • 2 free weights
  • Small mat or towel
  • We suggest doing the class on carpet, a rug or mat

Kicking it off with bicep curls wide second position with weights:


o Shapes and elongates your biceps.
o Tones your glutes.
o Improves posture.

Rev up your heart rate with 5 full range pushups and 20 pulses.


o Tones and strengthens your shoulders, biceps and triceps.
o Tones your glutes.

Followed by reverse pushups:
This fast exercise will quickly shape and tone your arms.


o Carves your triceps.
o Narrows your upper arm for a sculpted, slender look.

Moving to thigh work:
You will test the power of your thighs with two sets of thigh work, starting with standing seat.


o Narrows your quads and hips.
o Tones your glutes.

Then, knee dancing:


o Lifts and shapes your glutes.

After a quick stretch, back dancing:
Shape your glutes by lifting and lowering your seat.

Just when you thought we were done, we move to curl:
