This 20-minute class will get your heart rate up and have you burning lots of calories quickly. Mason, Jen H. and Burr get you into great form and challenge you to push yourself to work hard to maximize your short workout. This class is the perfect class for those days when your schedule prevents you from being able to get in a your full, hour-long class.

You will need a small mat or towel.

Start class with arm-work with Mason:

Begin with bent elbow lifts to define your deltoid muscles and then move into pushups to get your heart rate up for the rest of class.
