Jen is an instructor at the Bar Method’s flagship studio in the Marina neighborhood of San Francisco. She has been practicing the Bar Method since 2007. Jennifer claims it was and still is the only workout that truly improves every inch of her body in one hour. She also credits The Bar Method with improved performance in other sports, running and dancing, and with ordinary everyday life tasks.
